The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas used storytelling to create a customer experience
Soon after its opening, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas sought a partner to train employees and its executive team on ways to use the power of storytelling to improve experiences for its guests. Over the course of two days, New Kind ran a series of training sessions for employees and the leadership team.
These storytelling training sessions gave participants a deep understanding of the components of a great story, and some key tools and instructions for how to use storytelling and story-creation tools to create exceptional guest experiences.
