With a background in design and team building, Kristin’s mission is to create supportive work environments where creative people can thrive. Over her 25-year career, she’s assembled teams from the ground up, guided them through global acquisitions, and helped design cultures where curiosity thrives. A big fan of “Why?” and “Let’s do this!” Kristin seeks clarity with a side of enthusiasm.
As New Kind’s Chief of Staff, Kristin orients the team around a shared vision, and she always has an eye out for the human story: in how companies scale, cultures evolve, and technologies advance.
Kristin put roots down in Raleigh after a life of frequent moves as a military kid. Now she enjoys traveling the world with a suitcase rather than a moving truck. And she lives next to the North Carolina Museum of Art, where she can regularly visit her favorite Richard Diebenkorn painting. Kristin and her husband Tim are raising a teen daughter and a rescue pup.
