Elise Dorsett

Director of Brand Exploration

Every brand story is a discovery

Elise conducts brand research and mines data for clues that reveal brand stories. She fields surveys, runs interviews, facilitates workshops, and analyzes data to understand what communities value about brands today and what they would value in the future. Using these findings as a foundational guide, she works with clients to craft brand strategies and tell human stories. Elise also creates content for New Kind.

At Washington University in St. Louis, Elise earned a dual degree in Psychology and Spanish. After graduating she moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and worked for Danone in Business Intelligence for the Latin American Zone—where she gained experience in marketing, strategy, and finance for international yogurt and water brands.

Elise loves teaching weekly bilingual chair yoga classes and Argentine tango classes in Raleigh. She has also recently started practicing Muay Thai kickboxing. Watch out.
