Cait partners with marketing and technology leaders to create digital experiences that deliver on their brand promise. She has over 15 years of experience in content strategy, user experience design, and product strategy.

Cait believes a brand story is more than what you say. It’s the experience you deliver. She also believes human-centered design is central to any modern business strategy.

An information architect at heart, Cait loves the process of connecting disparate insights to envision an end-to-end journey. She’s partnered with CROs, insurtechs, and enterprise tech companies like IBM, GE, and PTC—leading global site redesigns, messaging strategy, content marketing campaigns, and digital transformation initiatives. Most recently, she built and scaled a service design team for a global technology firm. Cait has been published in Advertising Age, Content Marketing Institute, and Information Age.

When she’s not having a dance party with her two kids, Cait loves to write. Her idea of the perfect day includes a long run, an even longer nap, and reading a book near water.
