Reconnecting North Carolina
The Research Triangle Foundation is the private organization that manages the Research Triangle Park. The research park is reconnecting with North Carolina to reimagine the state’s future and redevelop the area. In addition to promoting the Research Triangle, attracting tenant companies, and maintaining the Park, the Foundation is responsible for developing RTP to increase access to jobs and education and improve quality of life across the state.
New Kind has been working with the Research Triangle Foundation as it released a new Master Plan and launched a state-wide bus tour.
The goal of both these projects was to reconnect with North Carolina’s citizens, and reimagine how the Park can help the state. Ultimately, the RTP plans to redevelop the Park to better promote economic growth for all of North Carolina.
