We’re inspired by open source principles. For years open source software communities have proven that the right combination of transparency, collaboration, and meritocracy can help people work together to create innovative technology.
We also know from experience that these principles can be applied to build brands, strengthen cultures, and create a shared purpose–both inside and outside organizations. That’s what we do.
